Many of our Mission Center neighbors reside in temporary housing where stoves and ovens are not available, and so they cannot prepare some of the foods they receive through AHT pantries. In many cases, however, microwave ovens are available. We provide the following microwave recipes, courtesy of the Food Bank of Northeastern New York, to help our neighbors access better nutrition.
